In our corrugated factory in De Lier we produce 2,5 million boxes and trays per day. Seven days a week we make those boxes so our customers can pack their products. In today’s world we can’t live without packaging, and it’s a sustainable choice when you choose corrugated packaging.

Correct dimensions

When we receive a large box at home with a small product, everybody thinks it’s a waste. Why could they not have sent a smaller box? That’s why we make all boxes with the dimensions you would like to receive. Small boxes or big boxes made to fit your products. This way you are not sending empty space and gives you a lower carbon footprint. An extra advantage of the perfect dimensions is that the box is cheaper as well. With the experience of De Jong we can help you develop the perfect box around your product.

Printing possibilities

At De Jong Verpakking we make every box how you want them. We have stock for the fresh produce industry, but all other boxes are made to order. This gives you the opportunity to design the box or tray how you want it. Do you want a plain box or do you need a reference or code on the box? Even when you want a full colour overall printed box we can help you. With our own design department we develop packaging for different industries and can print almost everything you want on a corrugated box. All our inks are water based and therefore environmental friendly.
