Paper city exhibition
31 October 2019 Last week the Dutch Design Week took place in Eindhoven. Many new sustainable products and materials were shown on this major exhibition, focussing on sustainability. The paper and corrugated industry was present in the TAC building with the Paper City.
Four young artists showed two different worlds in Paper City. At one side they have shown how current products are being used and how they could be transferred in paper and corrugated. On this side the showed big coffee cups, keys, chairs and stones. At the other side they showed the ‘moving city’, because a city never sleeps. Visitors were asked to help moving the city, so they experienced the advantages of this product. During the Dutch Design Week over 20,000 visitors paid a visit to the Paper City.
