New trucks for De Jong Packaging
Early in the morning at MP Motorsport in Westmaas, the five new trucks were nicely lined up in the sun waiting for the proud drivers. At the place where it started about 25 years ago, the drivers were invited with family and friends to the official reception. After the festivities and the signing of the papers, the trucks for the photo shoot left for the countryside in the Hoeksche Waard.
They then left in a nice parade to De Lier, where the corrugated cardboard factory of De Jong Packaging is located. Owner Henk de Jong: “Our customers demand fast and flexible deliveries of their packaging and with these new trucks we can serve our customers in the fresh produce and industry even better.”
The five new trucks will all be used as an extension of the current fleet. In total, De Jong Packaging’s fleet will end up in 42 own trucks.
