De Jong Verpakking is the specialist in making cardboard trays. Every year we make several hundred million pieces of these trays and we serve many hundreds of customers at home and abroad! The cardboard trays are widely used for fruit and vegetable products. Gardeners, growers and packers use the sturdy cardboard trays for storage, transport, but also as a display box in supermarkets.

Take advantage of the various options for a cardboard tray

You can choose from a standard tray made of cardboard from our wide range or a custom tray made of corrugated cardboard. The trays or erected boxes are available in different sizes. De Jong Verpakking supplies these in the bottom sizes 60x40cm, 40x30cm and 30x20cm and in many different heights. With different constructions for each product, this allows for a wide variety of cardboard trays that we have available.

Printing cardboard trays

It is also possible to print cardboard trays. In our range we have many neutral trays with a brown, black or white color. If you want to order a tray with your own print, this is possible at De Jong Verpakking. We can print 4 colors in postprint and up to 9 colors in preprint. Do you want a logo, a code or a complete photo printing on your tray? But unprinted cardboard trays and boxes are also possible. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Sustainable cardboard trays

Our cardboard trays are made from durable corrugated cardboard. Corrugated cardboard is a very beautiful and sustainable product, because cardboard is 100% recyclable, 100% renewable and 100% biobased. We mainly focus on the production of sturdy cardboard trays made of corrugated cardboard, which consists of 1 or 2 layers of cardboard. By using this packaging, you can transport and store your products without damage. More than 80% of the paper we use is recycled paper and used cardboard boxes are of course also very easy to recycle. Our factory is also one of the most sustainable factories in Europe. Our roof is covered with solar panels, we use LED lighting everywhere, use the residual heat from our factory and purify and reuse the water.
